Welcome to Podo.fun. By accessing or using our website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Podo.fun regarding your use of the platform.

2. Eligibility and Access

Our Services are intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using Podo.fun, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements. If you are accessing the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Access to the platform may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence.

3. Nature of the Platform

Podo.fun is a frontend interface for public blockchain data. We use public blockchain endpoints and public blockchain transactions to conduct all operations. Our purpose is to present on-chain data in a user-friendly manner.

We are not a decentralized exchange (DEX), a securities provider, or a financial institution. We do not facilitate token swaps, provide liquidity, or operate any trading engine. Blockchain technology is open to anyone, and Podo.fun simply provides an interface to interact with it.

Non-Custodial Wallet: Your wallet keys are generated, encrypted, and decrypted entirely on your own device. Podo never stores, decrypts, recovers, or signs with your wallet keys, and can never move your funds. You retain full control of your keys and are solely responsible for safeguarding your passphrase and recovery phrase — if you lose them, we cannot restore access to your wallet.

Protocol Signatures: Distinct from your wallet keys, Podo operates protocol keys for specific platform functions — co-signing a token launch (launch authorization / anti-spam) and signing automated liquidity migrations. These protocol keys authorize platform operations only; they are never used to custody, access, or move user funds.

4. Blockchain Interactions and Risk

Users interact with the blockchain sections of Podo.fun at their own risk. All blockchain transactions are irreversible, public, and executed directly on the Solana network. Podo.fun does not control, manage, or guarantee the outcome of any on-chain transaction.

• Volatility: The value of tokens can fluctuate significantly in short periods. You may lose all of your invested capital.
• Smart Contract Risks: Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from third-party smart contract interactions.
• Regulatory Uncertainty: Changes in laws and regulations may impact the value or utility of tokens.
• User Responsibility: You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your decisions and that Podo.fun is not liable for any losses you incur.

5. Social Features and Off-Chain Data

Podo.fun includes social features such as posts, comments, profiles, and messaging. All social interactions on the platform are off-chain and do not hold any real monetary value. Social engagement metrics, reputation, and content are not tied to any financial instrument or token value.

The content, data, and tools provided on Podo.fun are for informational and social purposes only. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not a broker, financial advisor, or exchange. You should conduct your own due diligence and consult with a qualified professional before making any financial decisions.

6. Content Moderation

We maintain moderation standards to keep the platform safe and constructive. Content that violates these Terms, community guidelines, or applicable law may be removed at any time without prior notice. Accounts may be suspended or permanently terminated at our sole discretion if we determine that a user has engaged in prohibited conduct.

By using the Services, you agree NOT to:

• Engage in any illegal activity, including money laundering or financing terrorism.
• Create or promote scams, fraudulent tokens, or deceptive schemes.
• Engage in market manipulation.
• Upload content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, or infringing on others' rights.
• Attempt to bypass or interfere with the security features of the platform.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Services in a way that degrades performance for others.

7. Copyright Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content on the platform infringes your copyright, please contact us with the relevant details. We will review and take appropriate action, which may include removing the infringing content.

The Podo.fun interface, including its design, code, graphics, and logos, is the intellectual property of Podo.fun and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

8. Fees

Podo.fun may charge fees for certain interactions with the platform to support ongoing development and maintenance. These fees are automatically deducted during the transaction process. Network gas fees (Solana transaction fees) are separate and are paid directly to the blockchain validators.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PODO.FUN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Podo.fun, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

When we make changes, we will notify users by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by providing a notice through the platform.
